Terms & Conditions
The fundamental rules and legal framework for using the VINWheeler platform.
1. Service Description
Vin Wheeler provides vehicle information reports compiled from multiple independent third-party data sources. We act solely as an intermediary platform that aggregates and presents data supplied by external providers.
2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
All vehicle information is obtained from third-party sources. While we strive to present data as received, we do not create, verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any report. Users assume full responsibility for verifying vehicle information before making purchasing or legal decisions.
3. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vin Wheeler disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vin Wheeler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:
- Reliance on vehicle reports
- Errors or omissions in third-party data
- Service interruptions or delays
- Decisions made based on provided information
5. Scheduled Activation & Refunds
- Credits purchased during specific promotional or system maintenance periods may be subject to a Scheduled Activation Date. These credits will remain in a "pending" state until the designated release date.
- As of February 2026, premium report credits purchased are scheduled for activation on March 1st, 2026.
- Refund Eligibility: Users are entitled to an immediate refund for any credits that are currently in a "pending" status before their activation date. Once credits are activated, standard non-refundability policies apply for digital goods.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and acknowledge that vehicle reports are informational tools and not substitutes for independent inspections or professional evaluations.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on external infrastructure and data providers. Vin Wheeler is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services and disclaims liability arising from their acts or omissions.
8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
